Our Approach
1) Agree on objectives.
Consultation and coach selection(s); meeting with key stakeholders (coach, coachee, and (if appropriate) coach’s manager and HR/People Operations representative.)
2) Data gathering.
Defining the current situation with the coachee (and sponsor), conducting a Mandala 360° assessment, and potentially other feedback gathering (psychometric surveys, individual interviews, etc.)
3) Action planning, based on data.
Coachee drafts an action plan with guidance of their coach; (if appropriate) meet again with key stakeholders to gain buy-in on the action plan.
4) Execute on action plan/behavioral coaching.
Coachee pursues their action plan with the help of their coach; (if appropriate) periodic update meetings with key stakeholders.
5) Close and transition.
Determine path forward for support; (if appropriate) set future milestones for updates.
